Yes, we buy back certain used airsoft replicas and equipment but This service is reserved for local customers ONLY.
Here is the process and required information:
Initial Inquiry
Send us an email (contacter.districtairsoft@gmail.com) with the following details:
- Your intended selling price
- A list of the items you wish to sell
- Pictures of the equipment, including close-ups of any defects, scratches, or wear
Preliminary Review
Our team will review your information to determine if the airsoft gear fits our current needs, pricing, and requirements.
Negotiation and Physical Verification
After a successful preliminary negotiation, we will agree on a price. You can then proceed with bringing your replica to the store for physical verification.
Please do not hesitate to contact us before coming in.
Our team will then test the replica on-site and verify its functionality and overall condition to confirm it matches the details provided. If everything is satisfactory, the agreed value can be converted into store credit (usable on all your future purchases) or paid out in cash upon receipt of the product.

- Local Replicas Only: This buy-back service is intended for local customers only, allowing for direct physical inspection.
- Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse the purchase if, upon physical inspection, we determine that the replica's condition is significantly different from the state agreed upon or described in your initial inquiry.

3. What is your warranty and return policy?
At District Airsoft, all airsoft replicas come with a 30-day limited warranty, applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects or major malfunctions.
Returns or warranty claims must be made in-store, with the original proof of purchase, the complete product, its original packaging, and all included accessories.
Important information:
No cash refunds are offered.
A store credit may be issued at District Airsoft’s discretion.
Deposits, service fees, clearance items, or opened consumables are non-refundable.
