1. Service Areas
District Airsoft ships its products across Canada.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Free local pickup is available at our store: 735 Bd Gilles Villeneuve, Berthierville, QC — ready within 24 hours.

2. Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery takes 1 to 4 business days in Quebec and Ontario, and 3 to 9 business days elsewhere in Canada.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on the carrier, season, or factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates
District Airsoft uses a flat rate by region, applied automatically at checkout:

Quebec / Ontario: $12
Eastern Canada (NB, NS, PE, NL): $16
Central / Western Canada (MB, SK, AB, BC): $20
Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): $45

Pyrotechnic products ship under a separate $35 safety transport rate.

4. Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on all orders of $150 or more (before taxes), anywhere in Canada.
Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU) are excluded — the $45 flat rate applies regardless of order value. You can contact us to get custom quote.
The exact amount required for free shipping appears automatically at checkout based on your address.

5. Carriers
Orders are shipped through a platform that selects the best available carrier, including:

Purolator
Canada Post
UPS
DHL
Canpar
FedEx

A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships.
Signature on delivery may be required for apartment addresses in major cities to prevent theft. In some cases this is also mandated by the carrier and is outside our control. Signature is available free on request for any other address — just note it on your order.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
District Airsoft is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, the reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.

7. Damaged Goods
If your package arrives damaged:

Take photos immediately upon receipt (including the packaging).
Send them to sales@districtairsoft.ca within 48 hours.

We will file a claim with the carrier if necessary, but District Airsoft does not guarantee automatic refunds for damage that occurred during transit.

8. Delays
District Airsoft cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Peak seasons
Weather conditions
Carrier issues
Client not available for signature
Any situation beyond our control
