District Airsoft ships its products across Canada.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 9 business days, depending on the province.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on the carrier, season, or factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
District Airsoft uses a flat-rate shipping fee by province.
The farther the destination, the higher the potential cost.
Exact shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders of $250 or more (before taxes).
The threshold may vary by province. For example:

Quebec and Ontario: Free shipping on orders of $250+

Remote regions (e.g. British Columbia, Yukon, etc.): Higher threshold applies
The exact amount required for free shipping will appear automatically at checkout based on your address.
5. Carriers
Orders are shipped through a platform that selects the best available carrier, including:

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
District Airsoft is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim,
the reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.
7. Damaged Goods
If your package arrives damaged:

Take photos immediately upon receipt (including the packaging).

Send them to boutique.districtairsoft@gmail.com within 48 hours.
We will file a claim with the carrier if necessary,
but District Airsoft does not guarantee automatic refunds for damage that occurred during transit.
8. Delays
District Airsoft cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
