Every Airsoft Field in Canada, Province by Province

There is no official registry of Canadian airsoft fields. Venues open and close, schedules live on Facebook and Discord rather than websites, and most directory sites are full of places that shut down years ago. More than one player has driven two hours to a locked gate.

So we built the list ourselves, and we maintain it. Every field in these guides was verified against the operator's own website or an official channel. Pick your province and go.

British Columbia

A spread-out scene. The Lower Mainland carries the weekly drop-in play, Vancouver Island runs on a strong club culture, and the Okanagan has grown fast with several new fields.

Key venues: Panther Paintball (Surrey, year-round outdoor, $30), Richmond Indoor Paintball (Vancouver's only public indoor arena, 330 FPS limit), Millionaire Paintball (Abbotsford, Sunday games), Outlaw Airsoft / V.I.A.S. (Victoria, $25, joule-limited), Airsoft Kelowna at Joe Rich ($15 drop-in, the best value in the province), BMAP Airsoft (West Kelowna, newest venue).

Big annual event: Last Stand, 108 Mile Ranch, May 15–17, 2026.

No verified field in: Nanaimo, Kamloops, Prince George, the Kootenays.

Alberta

Strong scene, but it went through a shake-up: Direct Ops Simulations in Calgary closed permanently in November 2025, leaving Calgary with no indoor airsoft arena. Calgary players now travel to Cochrane, Bragg Creek or Millarville.

Key venues: FOF Tactical (Edmonton, Western Canada's largest indoor arena), Capture The Flag (Cochrane, 116 acres and 22 fields — the busiest airsoft venue in the province), Rampage Paintball (Redwater and Millarville), Young Guns (Stony Plain), Splatter Paintball (Grande Prairie), Col. Peppers (Medicine Hat), Sylvan Lake Paintball.

Watch out: Col. Peppers and Bragg Creek have no airsoft rentals at all. Bring your own.

Manitoba & Saskatchewan

The prairies work differently: few permanent airsoft-dedicated fields, and a scene that is event and club driven. Find the community first, then the field.

Key venues: Xtreme Tactics (Winnipeg indoor arena plus pro shop), Ambush Anonymous (Steinbach area), Splatters Paintball (New Bothwell), Divide N Conquer (Saskatoon, weekly Sunday walk-ons at $20), Paintball Paradise (Regina, 60 acres), ArMy Paintball (Swift Current, over 1 km of trenches).

The big two events: Airsoft Reload Manitoba (Carman, May 16–17, 2026 — Canada's largest annual indoor airsoft event) and Operation: Loyal Serpent (Regina, July 24–25, 2026).

Ontario

Canada's densest airsoft market by population, with a heavy concentration of indoor CQB around the GTA and large outdoor woodland sites further out.

Quebec

Arguably the most varied scene in the country, from indoor CQB in Montreal to Bastonville's high-tech indoor complex near Quebec City and Intaco's 4.3 million sq ft of woodland and trenches. Quebec also has the strongest immersive milsim culture in Canada, driven by organizers like District Warfare.

Atlantic Canada

Very few commercial walk-on fields — the scene runs on clubs. Airsoft New Brunswick operates a seven-field network and is arguably the best-organized club setup in the country. Nova Scotia has Timber Creek, roughly 247 acres dedicated to airsoft. Newfoundland has exactly one operator, Frontline Action in St. John's.

PEI has no airsoft field at all — retail only. Island players travel to New Brunswick.

How to Find a Game Near You

Three things that hold true almost everywhere in Canada:

The website is rarely the live channel. Most Canadian fields post their actual schedule to Facebook or Discord. A quiet website does not mean a quiet field.
Clubs and organizers matter more than addresses. In Atlantic Canada and on the prairies especially, games are organized by groups that rent venues. Follow the organizer, not the field.
Confirm before you drive. Seasons, hours and rental stock change constantly, and outdoor fields across most of the country run roughly late April to October.

Universal Rules You Can Count On

Full-seal eye protection is mandatory everywhere. No exceptions at any field in Canada.
Chrono before you show up. Limits range from 1.27 J indoor to 550 FPS for bolt-action snipers depending on the venue. Getting turned away at chrono is the most avoidable wasted trip there is.
Biodegradable BBs are required at most outdoor fields and are good practice everywhere.
Barrel covers off-field at effectively every venue.
Book rentals ahead. Almost every field with rentals has a hard cap on sets, sometimes as low as 15.
