At District Airsoft, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer service that meet your expectations. This Refund and Warranty Policy outlines the conditions applicable to returns, exchanges, and store credits.
1. Airsoft Replicas and Related Products
30-Day Store Warranty
All airsoft replicas and equipment sold by District Airsoft include a limited 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and major malfunctions that prevent normal product use.
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or installation of non-compliant parts.

Normal wear and tear.
-
Unauthorized modifications, attempted repairs not performed by our staff, or any alteration to the product.
Procedure for Defective Products
Customers wishing to make a warranty claim must visit the store with:

The original proof of purchase (invoice)

The complete product (including original packaging and accessories)
If the defect is confirmed after inspection, District Airsoft reserves the right to:

Repair the product, or
-
Replace it with an identical or equivalent item
Exceptional Cases – Store Credit
If neither repair nor replacement is possible, and only at District Airsoft’s discretion, a store credit equivalent to the purchase value may be issued.
No cash refunds will be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following categories are strictly non-refundable:

Reservation deposits and service fees

Admission or facility access fees

Clearance or final sale items

Consumables and wear items (e.g. BBs, gas, lubricants, batteries), except in the case of a defect upon opening (must be unused and in original packaging)
3. General Conditions

All returns or warranty requests must include the original proof of purchase.

Returned products must be complete, in their original condition, with packaging and accessories.

No requests will be processed beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.

District Airsoft reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

No return will be accepted without a valid reason (defect, malfunction, etc.).

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

No restocking fees will be charged.

Some final sale collections cannot be returned (see product-specific notes).
