DistrictAirsoft offers for online sale:

3. Shipping

  • Shipping is available across Canada, including Quebec.

  • Orders are shipped via Freightcom, which uses multiple carriers (Purolator, UPS, etc.).

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days.

  • Shipping fees and options are automatically calculated at checkout based on the postal code.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product, only in the following cases:

  • Damaged item received (photo proof required upon delivery)

  • Wrong item received (different from the order)

  • Incorrect size or model (only if the error originated from DistrictAirsoft)

All other reasons for return are automatically refused.

No returns will be accepted if the product:

  • Has been used, modified, or damaged

  • Is a consumable item (e.g. BBs, gas, smoke grenades, lubricants, etc.)

  • Is a perishable product

  • Was sold on clearance or final sale

  • Is returned without packaging or without prior authorization

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A refund will be issued only if the product meets all of the above conditions.
DistrictAirsoft reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product fails to meet the stated requirements.

6. Safety, Legality, and Disclaimer

The replicas sold on this site are toys intended for recreational use in safe environments.

  • DistrictAirsoft will not accept any replica returned unboxed or shipped without its original packaging.
