FPS is proud to introduce the first Carbon Fiber ZERO-SHOCK Piston (PM04CF), featuring a proprietary technopolymer body reinforced with carbon fiber and a full metal rack, 100% Made in Italy. This patented system significantly dampens the stress transmitted from the rack to the piston body, making the entire assembly markedly more reliable and durable than conventional pistons.

FPS AIRSOFT PISTON Key Innovations

Patented ZERO-SHOCK System: Attenuates stress between the metal rack and the polymer body, boosting overall reliability.
Body Material: Constructed from a Technopolymer reinforced with Carbon Fiber and Elastomer added, providing extremely high mechanical performance and a very low friction coefficient.
Rack Construction (MIM): The reinforced rack is made using MIM (Metal Injection Molding) technology (SAE 4650 + HRC 38−42 hardening treatment), ensuring exceptional precision and strength.
Optimized AOE (Angle of Engagement): The rack features the second tooth missing and the third tooth pre-lowered by 0.3 mm, correctly setting the Angle of Engagement and making it suitable for high-speed builds.
Low-Friction Guides: Sliding guides are engineered to minimize friction and retain lubricant effectively.
Centralized Loading: The rack housing is intentionally decentralized to promote optimal meshing between the piston rack and the sector gear teeth.

Buying used doesn't mean buying a risk. Every pre-owned replica sold by District Airsoft goes through the same return and warranty process as our new products, and is backed by our standard 30-day store warranty.

Before any used replica is listed for sale, it passes through our in-house tech shop where it is:

Inspected for function, wear, and internal condition
Cleaned inside and out
Repaired or serviced as needed to meet our quality standards

We hold every used replica to the same high standard as a brand-new one before it ever reaches your hands. If something isn't right, you're covered exactly like you would be with a new purchase — same 30-day warranty, same in-store process.

All replicas — new or used — include a 30-day store warranty covering manufacturing defects and major malfunctions.

Need service after that? District Airsoft offers in-house repairs and upgrades from certified techs, even outside the warranty window.

What Counts as a Match

To qualify, the deal has to be apples-to-apples:

Same brand, same model, same color — brand new and factory sealed
The competitor has an actual storefront (online-only retailers don't qualify)
Their price is live and the item is in stock right now
It's a standalone price, not stacked with a coupon, rebate, or bundle deal

How to Get It
