SHIPPING & RETURNS
District Airsoft ships everywhere in Canada (no international shipping) with an estimated processing time of 1–3 days.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3–9 days, depending on the province.
- Shipping Fees: Fees are fixed per province.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders of $250 or more (region-dependent).
- Carriers Used: Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canpar and many more !
- Tracking: Tracking information is provided via email.
- Signature Required: For select products and certain delivery addresses ( busy city / appartment), a signature on delivery is required to prevent theft. In some cases, this is also mandated directly by the carrier and is outside our control.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before checkout. Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt. District Airsoft is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carriers, or peak periods.

USED REPLICAS WARRANTY
Buying used doesn't mean buying a risk. Every pre-owned replica sold by District Airsoft goes through the same return and warranty process as our new products, and is backed by our standard 30-day store warranty.
Before any used replica is listed for sale, it passes through our in-house tech shop where it is:
- Inspected for function, wear, and internal condition
- Cleaned inside and out
- Repaired or serviced as needed to meet our quality standards
We hold every used replica to the same high standard as a brand-new one before it ever reaches your hands. If something isn't right, you're covered exactly like you would be with a new purchase — same 30-day warranty, same in-store process.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS
All replicas — new or used — include a 30-day store warranty covering manufacturing defects and major malfunctions.
Need service after that? District Airsoft offers in-house repairs and upgrades from certified techs, even outside the warranty window.

Price Match Policy
What Counts as a Match
To qualify, the deal has to be apples-to-apples:
- Same brand, same model, same color — brand new and factory sealed
- The competitor has an actual storefront (online-only retailers don't qualify)
- Their price is live and the item is in stock right now
- It's a standalone price, not stacked with a coupon, rebate, or bundle deal
How to Get It
Email sales@districtairsoft.ca with a link or screenshot of the competitor's price before you place your order. We need to approve the match first — we can't apply it retroactively after you've already checked out. Once we confirm the price and stock are real, you're good to go.
What Won't Qualify
A few things fall outside the policy:
- Prices from Hero Outdoors, Amazon, eBay, or other online-only sellers
- Clearance, liquidation, or going-out-of-business pricing
- Coupons, mail-in rebates, BOGO deals, or free-gift bundles
- Combo packs or multi-item bundles
- Pre-orders and special orders
- Orange-tip items
- Typos or pricing errors on a competitor's site
- Retailers where you need a paid membership to see the price
- Out of country ( Canada ) retailers.
